- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Susie is the BEST, MOST AWESOME, DILIGENT, CONSCIENTIOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE and EASY TO WORK WITH MORTGAGE BROKER that I have had worked with in the last 30 years!!! We have recently finished 7 refinances of rental properties that were extremely difficult to accomplish. Her knowledge of underwriting and skills in planning and organizing to get the mortgages accomplished could not be better. On top of all, the rates that she got for us were the lowest and the fees were very reasonable.We will be having Susie help us with the next refinances in a few months.
